NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 060, in Volume DI, Folio 327/3249, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Ruby Agnes Wacuka Mungai, of P.O. Box 2109–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Agnes Wacuka Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Agnes Wacuka Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ruby Agnes Wacuka Mungai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ruby Agnes Wacuka Mungai only.
