NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB67, in Volume B-13, Folio 2316/19933, File No. 1637, by our client, Isabella Akinyi Onyango, of P.O. Box 171–40105, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Belinda Akinyi Onyango, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Belinda Akinyi Onyango, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Isabella Akinyi Onyango, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Isabella Akinyi Onyango only.
