MOMBASA–NAIROBI STANDARD GAUGE RAILWAY PROJECT DELETION AND CORRIGENDA IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 6205 and 7090 of 2014, 1180 of 2015, 2816 of 17th November, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2016 and 11576 of 2017, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Railways Corporation Authority (KRC) gives notice that the National Government intends to delete and correct the parcels of land listed below which were acquired for the construction of Mombasa– Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway Project.
