Under paragraph 1 (c)— Permanent Secretary to the Treasury. Under paragraph | (d)— Permanent Sccretary, Ministry of Labour and Human Resource Development. Under paragraph 1 (e)— Josphert Milimu Konzolo. Under paragraph \ (f}— Tom Diju Owuor. Under paragraph | (g)— Joseph Jolly Mugalla. Boniface M.
