IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Restrictive Trade Practices, Monopolies and Price Control Act, the Minister for Finance, authorizes the take-over of the contracts of Messrs. Falcon Security Limited, of P.O. Box 53186, Nairobi and Messrs. Karen Langata Guards, of P.O. Box 24169, Nairobi by Messrs. Securicor Security Services Limited, of P.O. Box 30242, Nairobi. Gazetre Notice No. 225 THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT (Cap. 281, section 71) ISSUE OF A PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE WHEREAS East African Power and Lighting Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 30099, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/3142, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 7591/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, | shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
