IN EXERCISE. of the powers conferred by scction 31 of the Restrictive Trade Practices, Monopolics and Price Control Act, the Minister for Finance, authorizes the acquisition of Lonrho Hotels Kenya Limited (trading as Norfolk Hotel and Mara Safari Club), the Ark Limited (trading as Aberdare Country Club and the Ark Lodge), and Mount Kenya Safari Club by Messrs. Midroc Africa Limited, of Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and Messrs. Shcraton International Inc., of 60 Statc Strect, Boston, Massachusetts, 01209, U.S.A. _ Dated the 4th February, 2000, C. B. OKEMO, Minister for Finance.
