NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above-named part development plan was on 4th February, 2000, compicted. The. pian relates to land situated within Kipkarwa Cenirc, Trans Nzoia. District. A copy of the-devclopment plan has been deposited for public inspection at the office of the District Physical Planning Officer, Kitalc, and at County Council offices, Nzeia. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p-m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishcs to make presentation in connection with or objection to the above-mentioned devclopme::t plan may send such presentation or objection in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 1374, Kitalc, within sixty (60) days from the date of ‘publication of this notice and such presentation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 4th February, 2000. M.
