IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (d) of the National Counci! for Law Reporting Act, 1994, the Chief Justice, appoints— Justice Ricitarp KULOBA to be a member of the National Council for Law Reporting. Box 69641, Nairobi, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R.. No. 1160/518, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 55187/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
