Box 395, Rongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that picce of land containing 0.80 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Migori, registered under title No. North Sakwa/Kadera Kwoyo/707, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hercof, [ shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Paul Mwangi Gichu (deccased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of Jand known as Githunguri/Kanjai/T. 93, situate in Kiambu District, and whereas the senior resident magis- trate’s court at Kiambu, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Nancy Wanjiku Munga, in her capacity as the sole administratrix, and whereas the land title deed issued to Paul Mwangi Gichu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend is dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of transmission form (RL 19), and upon such registration, the land title decd issued earlier to Paul Mwangi Gichu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
