COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the pfeparation of the abovenamed develop- ment plan was completed on 13th August, 1999. The development plan relates to land situated within Nanyuki. A copy of the development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the office of the Town Clerk at Nanyuki Municipal Hall. A copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the abovementioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, Laikipia, P.O. Box 823, Laikipia, not later than 8th January, 2000, and any such representa- tion or objection shali state the ground on which it is made. Dated the 9th November, 1999. T. G.
