IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Local Government Act, the County Council of Nyambene has, with the approval of the Minister for Local Government, adapted column 9 of the single business permit fec schedule, to be paid by all businessmen within Nyambene County Council, with effect from ist January, 2000.
