TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. 293 oF 1997 By Paulina Chemarich, of P.O. Box 3584, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Marich, late of Lelboinet Sub-location, Keiyo District in Kenya, who died there on 4th April, 1997. Cause No. 307 oF 1997 -By (1) John M. Karanja Mbugua and (2) David Karanja Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 31, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Karanja, late of Tarakwa Location, Uasin Gishu District in Kenya, who died there on 1st November, 1996. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya “Gazette.
