Ngala & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Mutua, late of Burnt Forest, Uasin Gishu in Kenya, who died at Kondoo Area, on 8th October, 1997. Cause No. 303 oF 1997 By (1) Julia O. Omollo and (2) Caleb Omollo, both of P.O. Box 306, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and father, respectively, through Messrs. Ngala & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Abetsi, late of Nairobi in Kenya, who died at Jomvu, Mombasa in Kenya, on 7th April, 1995. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
