THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Daniel Kamita Gichuhi and (2) Josephine Kabura Gichuhi, both of P.O. Box 62999, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7660/115, situate in the district of Kiambu, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as LR. 38641/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, Notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
