TAKE NOTICE that an election petition has been filed in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi by Ochieng Gilbert Mbeo, relating to the election of Adolf Isaac Muchiri, as a member of Parliament for the Kasarani Constituency in the parliamentary elections that took place on 29th December, 1997. And further take notice that a true copy of the petition may be obtained by you on application to the Deputy Registrar, High Court of Kenya, Law Courts, P.O. Box 30014, Nairobi.
