REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sheriff Mohamed Omar Mohamed, as_ personal representative of the estate of Shariff Mohamed Alwi Omar Bafagih (deceased), of P.O. Box 2-80108, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 21 Group 1, Takaungu, containing 3.47 acres or thereabout, situate in kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as LT. 15, Folio 86, File 3008, and whereas sufficient evidence to show that the deed file and folio is missing/lost, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct of the folio for the purposes of the regudeed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
