REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kaab Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 84831-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. MN/I/5229, containing 0.2150 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 18734, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
