THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Boithi Mwangi, of P.O. Box 840, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.7452 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Ngobit Supuko Block 2/1845 (Wiumiririe), and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green Card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
