REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwanaidi Abdulkadir Abdalla, the petitioner of the estate of Omar Abdulkadir Abdalla (deceased) who is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known = as Kakuyuni/Madungunguni/8, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the decision of the Court in succession cause No. E34 of 2021, has ordered that the land be registered in the name of the heirs of Omar Abdulkadir Abdalla (deceased), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed thereof have failed and there is sufficient evidence to show that the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the heirs of the estate of Omar Abdulkadir Abdalla (deceased) as proprietors, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Omar Abdulkadir Abdalla (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
