Parties Act, 2011 and Regulation 8 of the Political Parties (Registration) Regulations, 2019 the Registrar of Political Parties gives notice that Restore And Build Kenya Party intends to make changes in their particulars as follows: (i) Change of the party constitution (ii) Change of the party name Undergoing Preliminary Enquiry an therefore carried over to the next quarter 233 The total number of complaints carried over to the period under review (that is Ist July, 2021 to 30th September, 2021, from previous quarters are three thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven (3887).
