THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Muruthi Nderitu, of P.O. Box 19284, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0804 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nanyuki, registered under title No. Nanyuki Municipality Block I/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land is lost or misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
