GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13087

WHEREAS Samuel Wandu alias Samuel Wandu Muirure (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as title No. Kiganjo/Handege/! 153, containing 12.0 acres or thereabout, Situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Thika in succession cause No. 390 of 2015, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Charles Muiruri Wandu (ID/31 17570) and (2) Patrick Njoroge Wandu (1D/22552622), and whereas efforts made to recover the said land deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Charles Muiruri Wandu (ID/3117570) and (2) Patrick Njoroge Wandu (ID/22552622), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Samuel Wandu alias Samuel Wandu Muirure (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
