WHEREAS Githinji Gikonyo Kareru (deceased), is registered as proprietor ef that plece of land known as Gituamba Muhotetu Block 2/1773, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nalreb! In succession cause No. 1450 of 2013, has issued a grant In favour ef (1) Charles Wamai Githinji and (2) Joseph Mwangi Githinji, and whereas the said of (1) Charles Wamai Githinji and (2) Joseph Mwangi Githinji have executed an application to be registered gg proprietors by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed lsgued the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiratlen of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objestlan hag been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the praduction of the said land title deed and proceed with reglatration of the said an application to be registered as Proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (1) Charles Wamai Githinji and (2) Joseph Mwangi Githinji, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Githinji Gikonyo Kareru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
