NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1176, in Volume DI, Folio 209/3876, File No. MMXxXI, by our client, Gichingiri Ndigirigi, of P.O. Box 28818, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josphat Gichingiri Ndingirigi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Josphat Gichingiri Ndingirigi. and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gichinyiri Ndigirigi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gichingiri Ndigirigi only.
