TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2021 By (1) Anthony Kiplimo Barno and (2) Raymond Robert Kitoo Negerich, both of P.O. Box 171, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Jepkoech Barno, late of Chuiyat Location, who died at Oak Tree Centre for Kidney & Cronic, on 20th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. 142 OF 2021 By (1) Musa Kipkoech Cherop and (2) Hosea Kibiwott Lazaro, both of P.O. Box 1036-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceassed’s sons, through Messrs. Kibii & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Jepkemoi Cherop, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th May, 2011. CAUSE No. 151 OF 2021 By (1) Alice Jepkorir Lagat and (2) Joseph Kemboi arap Too, both of P.O. Box 600, Eldotret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kiptoo Lagat, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
