CAUSE NO. 331 OF 2021 By Maslenius Masinde Waswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waswa Sichangi Mayuba alias Waswa Mayubu, who died at West Sangalo, on 23rd July, 1990. CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2021 By Sephrine Sikuku Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adriano Wafula Zakaria, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 17th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. 336 OF 2021 By Richard Mulilo Walukhu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sila Walukhu Maloba, who died at Malaha, Kituni, on 7th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
