TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E44 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Nduta Mathe, (2) Felista Wanjiru Gichuru, (3) Joseph Kinyanjui Gichui and (4) Peter Mburu Gichui, all of P.O. Box 50-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased*s daughte-in-law, daughter, and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebeca Njoki Gichui alias Rebecca Njoki Gichui alias Rebecca Njoki Gichoi alias Rebecca Njoki Gachui alias Rebecca Njoki Gichu, who died at Kirangi, on 24th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E584 OF 2021 By (1) Frecia Nduta Njenga, (2) Joseph Kimani Njenga and (3) Anne Njeri Njenga, all of P.O. Box 47001-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njenga Kimani, late of Karen, Mokoreti East, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2021. CAUSE No. E590 OF 2021 By (1) David Kamau Njane and (2) Monicah Nyagicai Kiguru, both of P.O. Box 67-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njane Kamau, who died at Ituru Sub-location, on 28th March, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
