TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 420 OF 2021 By Moki Mutunga Kyonga, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Kyonga, who died at Kitui, on 5th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E448 OF 2021 By (1) Benard Mutinda Nduva and (2) Richard Kioko Nduva, both of P.O. Box 77, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nduva Kikwasi, who died on 11th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
