TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: ” CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2021 By (1) Pius Mutua Mbuli and (2) Titus Musyoka Mbuli, both of P.O. Box 28-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuli Ndama, who died at Kikumini. CAUSE No. E240 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Muinde Munguti and (2) Paul Kilundo Munguti, both of P.O. Box 35-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munguti Muoki Kyui, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
