CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2021 By Joseph Nyaiki Mokami, of P.O. Box 99, Isibania in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaiki Kirundi Gibiti, who died at Ngisiru Sub-location, on Ist November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 286 OF 2021 By Jane Khamete Muzungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Musungu Mate, who died at Suna, Ragana Location, on 13th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. 289 OF 2021 By Hura Nyagichichi Mwita, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyagichichi Mwita, who died on 19th January, 2000.
