TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2020 By Moses Nyamweya Mogoi, of P.O. Box 35-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mogoi Nyandoro, who died at Bosinange Sub-location, on 25th January, 2009, CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2021 By Perister Nyakara Kiage, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ratemo Morimbori, who died on 17th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
