TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2021 By (1) Jecinta Wanjiku Wamugunda and (2) Michael Wanyoike Wamugunda, both of P.O. Box 14, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joakim Wamugunda Muturi, who died at Kahuru, Muruaki Sub-location, on 4th May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
