E90 OF 2021 By Scholastica Wambui Njoroge, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Kanyi Njoroge, who died at Mpeketoni, on 2nd July, 1996. CAUSE No. E109 OF 2021 By Mary Mukami George Githu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Githu Mungai, who died at Nairobi, on 9th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
