CAUSE NO. 524 OF 2021 By (1) Gres Okumu Achiando, (2) Peter Ouma Achiando and (3) George Otieno Achiando, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Achiando Oluoch alias William Achiando, who died on | 1th November, 1999. CAUSE NO. 527 OF 2021 By Joanes Omolo Abongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Abongo Hamaya alias Abongo Sambaya, who died on 22nd August, 1982. CAUSE NO. 593 OF 2021 By Risper Atieno Liech, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Ondijo Kira, who died on 29th October, 2021. CAUSE No. 594 OF 2021 By (1) Prisca Auma Obewa and (2) Mary Auma Odongo, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Ochieng Obewa, who died on 8th October, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
