E259 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Kigia Maina, (2) Peter Ndishu Kigia, (3) Tom Kigia Kena and (4) Jane Nekapi Kigia, the deceased’s widower, sons and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Magdaline Mwangi, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant'of“letters: of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wairimu, late of N airobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2013: CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Atieno Omodho and (2) Carlton Wayne Ogola, both of P.O. Box 536, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Onyony & Co., advocaes of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Ogembo Ogola, late of Lavington, Nairobi, who died at Siaya Town, on 17th July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
