TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E85 OF 2024 By Emily Nyaboke Chweya, of P.O. Box 357-80403, Kwale in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Moraa Chweya, who died at Ukunda, Mvedeni, on 18th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By Felistus Mbithe Kioko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Muema Peter, who died at Ferry, Likoni, on 16th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
