TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: . CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 _ By Alykhan Bhanji, of P.O. Box 82777-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Yasmin Abdul Sultan Shariff, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. ne D.
