TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 29th August, 2025 CAUSE No. E65 OF 2025 By Tabitha Doricas Livechi, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ameso Ndula, who died at Migosi, on 8th December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
