TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By (1) Mercy Wanjiru Kamau and (2) Elias Githengi, both of P.O. Box 13132-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kamau Githengi alias Daniel Githengi, who died at Kaka James Pipeline, on 30th October, 2024. CAUSE No. E291 OF 2025 By Lucy Wambui Nyoro, of P.O. Box 1689-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of' letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nyoro Nganga alias George E. Nyoro Nganga alias George Nyoro Ng’ang’ a, who died on 30th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
