TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E447 oF 2025 By (1) Paul Kihumba Ndungu and (2) Jane Caroline Wangari Muthama, both of P.O. Box 941-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s father and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndungu Kihumba, who died at Brookside Area, Chaka, on 19th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E467 OF 2025 By (1) Mwangi Muira and (2) Harrison Nduati Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 1960, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Violet Njoki Nduati, who died at Kabatinia, on 23rd March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
