TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: i CAUSE NO. 403 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Njonge Ng’ang’a and (2) Loise Nyambura Ng’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 250-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Mwihaki Ng’ang’a, who died at St. Teresa Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 22nd November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025 By Mary Wambui Kamau, of P.O. Box 848, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kamau Kiminda, who died at Poplar Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
