E77 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Njeri Chogi, (2) Jane Njeri Chogi and (3) John Mburu Chogi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Chogi Gatuma, who died at Karibaribi, on 15th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Ndungu Ngetha and (2) Jeremiah Waweru N¢getha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngetha Murima, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 7th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
