CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2025 By Peter Muiruri Karanja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Karanja, who died at Kerugoya Medical Center, on 24th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2025 By Teresia Muthoni Irungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Irungu Jacob, who died at Gitaro Sub-location, on 2nd October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
