TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E194 OF 2024 By (1) Njaunini Gacoreria Kimotho, (2) Jacob Nthiga Zakayo and (3) Francis Njeru Zakayo, all of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isapera Mbere Zakayo alias Isabella Mbere Zakayo, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By Ann Njeri Thomas, of P.O. Box 2148-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kiura Japhet, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 19th December, 2013.
