TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025 By Josphine Nkatha M’Rutere, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rutere M’Itonga, who died at Nthimbiri Sub-location, on 25th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025 By (1) Anita Kanuu M’Mboroki and (2) Newton Mutuma M’Mboroki, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon M’Mboroki M’Itunga, who died at Gitimene Sub-location, on 10th June, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
