E116 OF 2025 By (1) Abel Gituma Peter and (2) Rose Kanja Kirimania, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kirimania Mukamati alias M’Kirimania M’Ikamati, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 1999, ‘ CAUSE No. E161 OF 2025 By Felicity Gakii, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucietta Ntinyari Mberia, who died at Poplar Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2023.
