TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Chebakoko Matayo and (2) Joseph Kipruto Kurgat, both of P.O. Box 970-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Kiplagat Kiprugut, who died at Naisambu, on 6th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2025 By (1) Koleta Nafula Make and (2) Philis Nyongesa, both of P.O. Box 11-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wabuke Manyonge, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
