TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E170 oF 2023 By Rachel Jebiwot Kosgei, of P.O. Box 2831, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Jerotich Kosgei, who died at Kimoning, on 2nd January, 2021. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Kibosi Sang and (2) David Birgen Sang, both of P.O. Box 1278-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprob Sang Maika, who died at Lemook, on 28th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
