TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2025 By (1) Kahindi Ruwa Nzai and (2) Johnson K. Ruwa, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of‘letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duni Nzai Mseche, who died at Kaembeni, on 19th June, 2022. CAUSE No. E126 OF 2025 By (1) Kahindi Ruwa Nzai and (2) Johnson K. Ruwa, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Katana Charo Nzai, who died at Mwakera, on 3rd September, 2022. . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
