TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E308 OF 2025 By Amos Agesa Mudanya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nebert Mudanya Chunguli, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 27th September, 2012. CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2025 By Festo Akidiva, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Amiani Ndeda, who died at Bugina Sub-location, on 25th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2025 By Festo Akidiva, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Ndeda Amiani, who died at Bugina Sub-location, on 17th December, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
